Regionaal Landschap Schelde-Durme manages complex projects involving multiple funding sources, approval flows and budgets that need to be tracked simultaneously. We implemented Odoo so that each project can be monitored with full financial precision, with all documents and budgets centralised in one place.
Regionaal Landschap Haspengouw en Voeren manage 16 municipalities. Their working area consists of rolling landscapes, fields and villages, castles and square farms, river valleyd and small landscape elemements such as standard trees, hedgerows, sunken roads and ponds. this is wonderful non-profit is the oldest Regionaal Landschap in Flanders and has existed since 1979. It is a collaboration between governments, nature associations, agricultural organisations, heritage organisations, wildlife management units, private landowners and tourism associations. Through the migration of the existing software to Odoo, existing suppliers, customers and projects were transferred. With a new approval flow, purchase invoices can be clearly managed and followed up by the project leader before they are entered into the system.
