Club registration and creation
New clubs can register themselves easily via the online portal. They fill in their details, upload the necessary documents and are immediately active in the system, without any manual intervention from the federation.Member management per club

Self-service portal
Clubs and members log in to their own personal portal environment. They can make changes, consult documents, register for events and track their status, fully independently and without any intervention from the federation.
Specific discounts for members and clubs
Set up discounts for affiliated clubs or individual members on events, training sessions or products. These discounts are automatically applied at registration, ensuring the correct price is always guaranteed.
Documentation and communication

Multiple federation levels
Odoo supports complex organisational structures where multiple federation levels exist above the clubs. Umbrella organisations, sports federations and clubs each receive their own portal environment and permissions, while central management remains fully transparent.

The Vlaamse Sportfederatie chose Odoo to manage more than 22,000 Flemish sports clubs from one central platform. We set up a self-service portal where sports federations and clubs can register themselves and manage their own members. On top of that, we configured specific discounts for events, made documentation available through the portal and structured the platform to support multiple federation levels sitting above the clubs.
The Vlaamse Sportfederatie is the umbrella organisation for the recognised sports federations in Flanders. It supports and represents these federations, promotes collaboration between sports organisations and ensures a high-quality and accessible range of sporting activities. The Flemish Sports Federation also assists in developing sports policy, organises training sessions and encourages sports participation for everyone in Flanders. Behind the scenes, Odoo takes care of the member management with an extensive portal where sports federations and sports clubs can register and manage their members.
